The Committee is very aware that the last AGM was in July 2022 and therefore an AGM is now well overdue. We had hoped to have one early last season but the unexpected inability to reach agreement to continue use of Orbit Live (The Last Drop ) threw a spanner in the works! We had hope to have one once we got a new venue but unfortunately that didn't happen. The AGM will be held online using TEAMS but we do hope to return to an in-person meeting (with online attendance too) next year.
Please complete the form here to register your intention to join the online AGM and to vote on the various items that need to be decided as part of the AGM. You do not have to attend the AGM in order to cast your votes. Please note that there are two sets of accounts and one set of AGM minutes to be adopted and these can be accessed below.
If you have any questions on the accounts, please email these to the Treasurer at treasurer@whusc.co.uk as soon as possible but by no later than 7:00pm on Tuesday 17th September so that a response can be prepared in advance of the AGM.
Any questions on the minutes should be emailed to the Chair at membership@whusc.co.uk as soon as possible but by no later than 7:00pm on Tuesday 17th September so that a response can be prepared in advance of the AGM.
2 Committee roles will be subject to a membership vote to determine who will be elected to the Committee. The candidates and their election statements can be found below.
If you cannot attend the AGM then you can appoint another member to vote on your behalf by proxy on matters raised at the AGM. Your votes on the minutes, accounts and election of officers can still be made online to ensure they are in accordance with your wishes. To appoint someone to vote on your behalf please email their name, email address and WHUSC membership number to membership@whusc.co.uk by 7:00pm on Wednesday 11th September.

As a volunteer I have always done my best to keep the club and its traditions alive over this time. I’ve worked hard as part of the Committee to get us to the fantastic new venue at Marshgate with UCL.
There is still a lot of work to be done to get the venue to where I want it to be. I will continue to use my contacts in UCL to achieve this goal.
In all but name, I have been the Vice Chair of the SC over the past 2-3 years supporting the Chair so I put myself forward to become the official Vice Chair.
I should be grateful for your vote to allow me to continue working for the Supporters’ Club. I have exciting plans for expanding our new venue, improving the options / prices for food and drink whilst looking to involve our members and ex-players in getting the club back to being a fun, safe, comfortable place for all the family to enjoy themselves before watching West Ham.

I want to join the committee as Vice Chairman to become a member champion to support the committee in putting members at the centre of everything we do in their name.
That includes communicating absolute transparency about where every pound of members' money is spent, why every decision is made, consulting regularly with members, creating a strategy of financial sustainability to ensure the club is around for future generations and fulfilling the pledge to members of refusing to fade and die.
Some of you may know me from West Ham articles I have written on WestHamTillIDie, Claret & Hugh or 6foot2 or as the host of Moore Than Just A Podcast.
I also sat on the West Ham Supporters Advisory Boards (SAB) and the Official Supporters Board (OSB)
I was a founding committee member of the West Ham United Independent Supporters Committee (WHUISA) which later became a Supporters Trust.
I have experience as the Chair of Governors and a Chair of Finance for two outstanding schools and have sat as a trustee of several charities so I understand how to run and be part of a team to run efficient committees and communicate the decisions made to all stakeholders.

I am nominating myself for the role of General Committee Member of our fantastic Supporters’ Club. Having seen the hard work of the Committee, I want to contribute more of my time and effort in enhancing our members’ experience at our new venue.

This time I am not asking if you “Wanna buy a badge?” or “Would you like to donate to the Irons Supporting Foodbanks?”, I am asking you to “Vote for Christine!”.
I have met nearly all our members who have attended the Matchday Bar since I started working on the door and I have made so many wonderful new friends and I now ask you all for the opportunity to get more involved in the running of our club.
Being on the door, greeting everyone makes me always available for members to ask questions about our club and give feedback on what they like and areas where they feel it could be improved.
I will make sure that the Committee is aware of all feedback and use it in the best interests of all of our members because we have been through tough times but I only see good times ahead now we have a new venue!

I am seeking election to the WHUSC committee standing as general committee member
A vote for me will be a vote for your self, as I believe committee members should carry out the will of the membership and policy should be driven by the membership.
I will ensure I will be fully contactable personally if a member has an enquiry and will always endeavour to bring to the table what rank & file members are thinking
2018 nearly saw the end of the SC and many stood up to fight to keep us going, myself included.
Since then Castle St building has been discarded and we are now homeless nomads with no permanent home, & last season no where at all to meet.
This needs to be addressed & this needs to be done with the membership in mind and consultation
If elected, it will be to serve the membership & keep yourselves front & centre of what the committee does.
